Jason Phelps
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Jason is the co-founder of the Xiaa Solutions. Prior to joining Xiaa he was Sales Director Splunk and at Riverbed (OPNET) delivering IT Solutions. Jason has also been involved with a number of Start ups and has skills in Sales, Marketing and Company management.
Steve Wombell
Co-Founder and CTO
Steve is the co-founder of the Xiaa Solutions. Prior to joining Xiaa he was Senior Director for Technical Services at Riverbed delivering IT Solutions. Steve also held senior roles in delivery of software for Barclays and UOB.
Simon Massey
Commercial Consultant
Simon has held senior Global and EMEA Sales roles in a major BPO, Sutherland Global Services and a Big Data and SaaS company, Symphony RetailAI and as well as senior Marketing roles in Kraft Heinz, Unilever and PepsiCo. Now involved with Big Data and AI for Startups.
